Received damaged items or missing some from your order? Here’s what you need to do:

  1. DO NOT DISCARD ANYTHING – Keep the box and all packing materials.

  2. CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS (2 business days) of delivery.

CAUTION: Handle your order carefully while unpacking. Items may contain small glass shards that could cause injury. We advise wearing cut-resistant gloves and carefully disposing of all packing materials.

To expedite your claim, please include the following in your communication:

  1. Your Invoice Number
  2. Our Stock-Keeping Units (SKU's)
  3. Photos of the damaged items
  4. Your preferred compensation method (store credit, refund, or replacements). If unspecified, we will default to issuing store credit.

After notifying us, please be patient. Claim processing can take up to a week during busy periods.

Important Reminders:

  • Do not dispose of any items or packaging until we confirm your claim. If an inspection is needed, retaining the packing materials is crucial. Failing to do so may lead to claim denial.

Fine Print:

  • Missing items must be reported within two business days of delivery. Delayed reports may lead to denied claims.
  • We offer one free replacement shipment per delivery. Inspect your entire delivery before making a claim. A small shipping charge applies for additional replacements.
  • Once items leave your store, we cannot cover any damages or defects. Ensure all items are inspected and vaporizers tested before they are sold.
  • Damages must be reported before items are re-shipped or sent through a secondary carrier. Subsequent damage during transit through another carrier will result in claim rejection.
  • We are not liable for damages incurred during engraving, embossing, or other modifications.
  • Store credit can be converted to a replacement or refund at any time, unless specified otherwise or if you have already used your free replacement for the specific invoice.
