Production & Shipping Timeline

For orders within the lower 48 states, our standard production timeframe ranges from 2-4 business days post-proof approval, plus your chosen shipping time. We do not offer expedited shipping

Large orders have their own timelines:

Orders over $5,000: 7 business days for production + shipping time.
Orders over $10,000: 12 business days for production + shipping time.

Note: Custom labels, applications, or banners don't qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Details

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same day, though high demand or warehouse volume might cause delays. While we strive for same-day shipping Monday through Friday, it's not always a guarantee. For pallet orders, please allow an additional day for processing.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If the tracking isn't active right away, give it about 12 hours for updates.

We ship using UPS and USPS, selecting the best rate in real-time to ensure you get a great deal. However, we might need to switch carriers occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we're committed to getting your order to you promptly and safely, regardless of the carrier.

Our products ship from TExas. Currently, we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes buildings.

Address Corrections & Freight Forwarding

Mistyped your shipping address? We'll invoice you for the cost of rerouting or reshipping your order. If you decide against paying these fees, we'll refund your purchase minus the original shipping cost.

Orders sent to a freight forwarder require payment via wire transfer first. After receiving the wire, we'll proceed with shipping.

Large Orders & International Customers

For significant orders, you're welcome to arrange shipping through your preferred carrier. We reserve the right to cancel orders that don't meet our security criteria.
